The world is a better place, what better place do you want to live than this world? In the sun, a burning lava? Come on. Millions die every day of wars, diseases, starvation, natural causes, YET we are living to the BEST. If you can't endure this little events, than you are not fit to live in the first place, because you don't belong in this world.

people need to use matras on themselves the way parents punish their kids. gotta keep telling yourself NONONO. Then reinforce GOOD ideas on how you want to be a better person. You must start with yourself and realize you are going to make alot of mistakes. That should help you realize that people will also be making mistakes. It's when you see people not trying that you get angry. Don't get angry. Because you should JUST realize that they aren't using the mantras to make themselves better! Therefore you are smarter and trying to make yourself a better person and you don't have to feel inferior then to them.
