It's like this guys have one ladder and rate women they would be from top to bottom. Girls have two ladders the friends ladder and the guys I would date ladder.

I believe you can be "just friends", but what do I know? I'm a woman. Most of my friends in life have been men. Several of them I would swear to in open court that they never once thought of having sex with me. While I agree that women do tend to put men in two categories of dateable or not dateable, I don't agree with the author's supposition that all women are interested in is money. I also don't agree that sense of humor, intelligence etc. don't really matter to a woman. I also don't buy that every man who meets me is thinking about having sex with me.

i have never heard of the ladder theory and wouldnt want to try it personally. i dont beleive in rating people in that kind of way.

yap! i have an x i was with for 8 years. we have been friend now for 22 years. he is awesome! and another guy for 20 years. And im even a hottie! they have never tried anything on me. they would if they knew they had the go ahead.

I agree with the website too. EIther a guy wants you or he doesn't. Girls (who are so much more sophisticated) can deal with inbetweens, including having just friends.

yes you can just be friends.. guys are pigs and would sleep with any of there friends but thats a guy thing... you can have a friend ship that is not sexual based
