this name using alots in arabic world ...
and u prononunced it as what u said ....
but i can tell u how we write it in arabic ...and if ur Pc dont read arabic letters go to Control Panel > regional and language > and set ur Pc to arabic language ..
so we write it in arabic like thats ........ رشا

It is pronounced in Arabic the same way as in English, but with a lisght accent on the last syllable
