Well you can watch and see which one does it, or look at butts and see if anyone has any "evidence" on them. If it is viral, it may run through them all anyway.
You could fast them all for 24 hours and then give boiled hamburg and rice 4-6 times daily for the next 3 days and slowly get them back on kibble. It may just be a stomach upset.

my dogs rub their butts on the carpet when they have runny stools that's how I can tell which one has the issue. I feed mine boiled chicken and white rice to help the stools harden up. Make sure they are getting enough water. If after a day with the chicken and rice that there is still an issue you should contact your vet.

You must go outside with them every time they go out. That way you can see which one has the runny stool. Then take a stool sample to the vet. Could be worms.

Is their nose warm? Do you know what they have eaten lately? I have purebred Siberian Huskies and most purebreds have sensitive stomachs, so when you change their diet drastically-- like to another brand of dog food, or feed too much human food, or any other thing that wasn't food, it can make their stomachs upset and give them diarrhea. To get rid of it, fast them for 24 hours. No food. But give plenty of water, the goal is to replace the electrolytes. You can even give them Gatorade or Pedialyte. Hope this helps!

you should try to feed this dog some plain food like chicken and rice to get their digestive system working properly again and so that the stools would 'harden'
