It depends on what 0 is and what 10 is. Is 0 no depression or very depressed? 5

I'm assuming 0 is no depression and 10 is severe depression, i say a 1-2, higher during that time of the month.

0 being not at all and 10 being very depressed, id have to say im usually around a 1 or 2

I gernerallly am depressed all the time, but sometimes it is worse than others. I would say an 8, and can get up to 10.

Usually I am in the middle with a 5 but lately I've been 10+. That's due to social problems (friend related and in general),my own depression and BPD. ::despaired expression::
