i just purchased a TI-89 titanium ... is there a trick to installing other programs... such as games, ETC.?

i really dont know how to get these things on there ... and i need them for a major test ... no not games ... other programs ... but i guess games are the same proceedure ... anyways ... any help would be nice ...
