I think you should ask her. Tell her that you are concerned for her. Be very gentle and loving. It could be that they are just very close, you will never know unless you ask.
Your goal should be to restore her, not to tear her down.

okay, you asked for a christian perspective here it is... talk to her and tell her how things can be preserved as wrong by others and she could be causing others to fall, because of her actions. You have to be very gentle, because it's a sensitive subject, but remember the bible says to flee the perception of evil. Be gentle and kind and not judgmental, but concerned. Maybe this is the reason they are getting married. The bible also says that if you cannot wait to have sex you need to get married. You never know what they are going through.

I have an idea: Why don't you butt the heck out of their lives? It is none of your business if they are having sex, but for some reason you are a nosy little freak that seems to want to bust them. Their relationship is between them and God, and has NOTHING to do with you. If they are sinning then God will judge them just fine without your help. He will also judge you for being a judgmental mean spirited idiot, that sticks her nose in where it does not belong.

What are the signs a person is a nosy busybody?
They ask questions about and are curious about other people's private lives.
additional comment:
If the "christian perspective" means "pry into other people's business and justify it by claiming to be doing God's work" then I'm sure glad I'm not a Christian.

This is none of your business. This is a matter between them and G_d. Marriage, in any case is a SPIRITUAL union. It exists when people commit themselves to each other, not when a government or potentate have a ritual and sign a paper. Chances are, in the spiritual sense, in the sense of spiritual commitment, they are married.
Stop looking into your friends bedroom and stick to following what you believe for your own relationship as the Spirit of G_d leads you.

Why are you even thinking about this? And thinking about it to the point that you post it as a Yahoo Question?
Here's a thought: Volunteer in a children's hospital or a nursing home. It will get your mind off things that are simply none of your business.

If they're having sex, it's their own business. I shared a bed with a man many many many years before marriage. Then again, I'm not a Christian and have the time to enjoy my healthy sexual life without ever pending thoughts of doom when I die many many many years from now...
