Difficult to explain, and doesn't work on smart people: Take a whole suit, probably Hearts. Put them in order (ace, 2, 3,...etc...) and place the pile upside down. Take the first card off the deck, but leave it upside down so no one can see the front, and ask the person: Doublecross, or down? Down means to just put the card down to start another pile (continue useing that pile the whole time), Doublecross means to take the top two cards, swap them, then put them down. Once you have gone through the whole pile, and pick up the new pile, the cards will still be in order! Do this trick right-side up to find out the key!

Spectator chooses a card, without showing the magician.
Spectator puts the card back in the deck.
Magician takes the deck in his hand and after brutal concentration, throws the deck of cards at a glass window.
Amazingly, the spectators card appears on the OTHER side of the window.
Pretty cool.
