check the system requirements for XP and 2000...maybe you have enough to handle them but in the long run - you are better off getting something with XP already on it...even a $400 Dell would be much better than the 95 machine....click the link below....good luck...=)

Agree with first answer. PC is probably too old for 2000 or XP. Might be able to do Windows 98, but good luck finding a copy of the program to install. Windows does not sell it anymore.

I would agree with the first 2. For the money you would have to spend to upgrade, you could take that money and buy a Dell for around $250 or $300. Some may not agree with my answer, but anything is better than what you have and what you are trying to do. Any other quesitons, let me know.

A new computer, forget about upgrading that one, its way too old.
