i'm not tired, not overly caffeinated, not scared, not excited....
why am i shaking? it feels like my insides are shaking too. (as weird as that sounds.)

Sounds like a blood sugar problem. Eating starchy foods on an empty stomach does it to me too. I am hypoglycemic. Have your doctor test your blood and your thyroid levels. Take care.

I'm with Beth. Sounds like you need to eat. try a slice of cheese. When I do that I'm hungry. :)

Could be benign essential tremor. Sometimes this is hereditary. You should see your doctor for a diagnosis.

sounds to me like your having panic attacks... they dont give warnings.. they just happen.. you might want to see your doctor.. i have the same thing thats how i know a little about it
