It's almost new...has a few scratches on the outside, screen perfect. How much would you list it for?

TVs don't cost much today. For $200 you can get a nice 27" brand name flat screen (not flat panel) tube TV. So I would say the 19" RCA if in good working condition with remote in good condition is not worth more than $50.
