how can i get my boyfriend to stop dreaming and get into reality?

my boyfriend and i are making our "life" (a little game thing) and he bought (not real money) a huge 300,000 square foot house and he want to build a ship too. i like the game but he needs to keep it in reality. how can i tell him that without hurting his feelings.

Ur talking 300,000sqf home about the size of a Pathmark super market...if ur palying a game then why does he have to be realistic.......Ur playing to so why its just a game.
