More specifically, one where your back was being tickled or messed with in a way that caused it to ...not itch, but feel wierd. I wake up from these bending backwards to ease the feeling, and it takes a few moments for it to go away.
Also, dirty dreams where you swear you can feel it, or food you can almost taste.
I figure the first one has something to do with muscles or nerves, but wouldn't mind a more in depth description of what's going on. And what about the other ones?

yeap. I have them a lot lol. Sometimes I dream I'm writing in a notebook and go out to reach it and its there...but its something else. But I've actually felt pain in my dreams, one the three little pigs were toturing me with some metal device...

Well, i had 1 about a wreck and it happened to me a year after. I think it has to do with Your's brain mixing something from the outside world. Such as hitting ur head on the wall, u might feel it in a dream....

A few months ago I dreamed someone was strangling me with their hands. I woke up sweating, I had a constricted feeling around my neck, and it felt like cold fingers were touching my skin. Totally true, I'm not lying. I think it may be that whole mind over matter thing. Not sure.

Sometimes I experience things that I could have sworn I saw in a dream. Whether the dream was an old one from a year, month, day ago. It's pretty weird. Our brains are the most interesting organ in our body, I believe. ;)

you may have bladder problems if you wet the bed...the subconscious mind should tell you that you need to go..even if its a dream, you shouldnt wet yourself, your mind should wake when you need to go...if not..you may have a problem

I can't answer were they come from, but I have had quite a few my self and they have been freeking me out lately.
