Capitalize God as if they are yelling it at you?

I mean like "GOD"

It is a sign that THE GOD is big and superior ot all others. Only the first letter of other names need be capitalized. When I type the name of a demon- I use only small letters, even for the first letter of its name.

It developed in the middle ages- the writers wanted to show that even in elaborate illuminated manuscripts, God was still the big dude on the page. It carried on to mostly just capitalizing the first letter like we do now (in the original Greek New Testament nothing was capitalized).
Either that or some people are just obnoxious.

Its just like writing our name we use capital on the first letter and its our way of showing respect and to differentiate from other gods. if we write god it means other gods like in Greek mythologies.

GOD is capitalized b/c of his GREAT TENDER MERCY,GRACE,LOVE,AFFECTION, UNSPEAKABLE JOY,POWER, and so on...IT is out of respect to label his name by capitalizmz. If u felt the presence of GOD before, you would understand!!!

for personal gain.... remember what Jesus said bout the Pharisees (who pray in streets shouting out the name of God for every one to hear) ? he said theyre hypocrites... and theyre farther from God than those who pray silently in their hearts...
