She is in the best possible hands. The vet is going to take very good care of her and the kittens. They will make sure the kittens nurse and bond with mom. Relax!

Your kitty will still be able to feed her kittens, although your vet may recommend that you help her with feeding them a formula. Kittens require a lot out of the mother cat.

No, you're not worrying too much -- this is your cat, a living creature to which you are attached (and she is attached to you.)

This is still major surgery -- just help her out -- your vet will be able to provide the most important answers. Beyond that ... pamper your kitty.

Having a c-section could affect her bond with the kittens, she may not realize that she had babies and may reject them. With any cat that is not spayed, if a kitten sucks enough on her nipples, the milk should come in. It doesn't matter if she had babies before or not. Another thing you have to watch with a c-section is that the babies' nails are clipped. If not, they could claw her wound from the c-section and hurt her.

It may or may not affect her binding. Be prepared to help bottle feed them just in case. Cats are amazing though, I've seen more dogs not accept their babies born via C-Section than cats.

Best of luck to you and your kitty:)
I will say a prayer for her and her babies:)

Yes she can bond with them still, etc. And yes you are worrying too much. But hey, she's your kitty! How could you not!?!?

I wish you and your kitty well. You need to ask your Vet these questions. He (or she) will be able to help you.
