I have a blind dog who wishes there were.
I have a Weimaraner male he is 9 now and has been blind since he was about 4. He hunts each year and still can easily find birds and sometimes can bring them back.
He does well aounrd the house and is a happy healthy dog
except for the being blind thing.

There are some blind dogs. They need special training. We get them from time to time in our rescue so I guess the answer is yes, there are seeing eye humans for blind dogs.

Yes there are. Many dogs are adoped that are blind and taken into the homes of loving familys and taught to function as normal as a dog can. These dogs can live full and happy lives

No because dogs can smell and "feel" there way around.
