My best friend is graduating with her Master's in Business, and I would like to get her a great gift, but am stumped. Any ideas? I'd like to spend $200-$300, and get her something she can keep forever. (For my birthday she got me a Tiffany & Co. bracelet.)

A sleek leather portfolio is a really nice gift if she doesn't already have one. Get one that carries everything for work, her phone, etc.
If she already has everything like that, treat her to a night of pampering: massage, pedicure and manicure, facial, the works. Go with her so you can get them too! When done, go out for a celebration dinner, complete with champagne.

a really nice watch time will become very important for deadlines and you can put an engraving on it that refers to your time as friends
