Download a pop up blocker? If you've already done that, maybe you have some kind of virus.

that is person Account administration. while a application needs to make a replace to a risk-free record, it has to invite permission from you first. you will desire to circulate away it on. If a rogue application like an outbreak or malware tried to alter a gadget putting at the back of your back, you will get on the spot notification and the possibility to close it down formerly it does any harm. - Dominic

downloading a pop-up blocker and spybot should take care of it. I rarely get pop-ups anymore, not sure if you can totally rid pop-ups though.

You have spyware installed, probably Gator, but there are a bunch of them out there. Download Spybot and run it. You will be surprised at what it finds. Link is below

http://www.kephyr.com/spywarescanner/index.html?source=appvisit download Bazooka

and I would also recommend Ewido http://www.ewido.net/en/

both of these should help you find your problem. Bazooka is nice because it simply scans and reports. You have to remove things manually but it will walk you through every step and will find things that no automatic type scanner/removers can.

download ad-aware and run it at least once a week. make sure you update it before you run it. it takes 10 mins to run and you can get rid of most of the pop-ups you are getting
