I think that is something the medical personel would have told you when she got the medical condition.
If not I would assume it would be like changing a babys diper.

and if you don't want to embarrase her (added later) you might let her wear a skirt so you don't see her without panties on. It is just a idea from the wild.

Good luck and I hope your daugther (I assume) will get better soon.

Well, if you are in a public restroom this can be embarrassing, but sometimes you have to remember that because she has medical problems you can't always think about what others might say or looks you may get. Go into a stall, and have her stand if she can, and just be ready with a lot of wipes in the case of poop. and change the same way you would a baby. Sorry that you got so many terrible people commenting on this. It shouldn't be a joke.

Either the same way you would change a baby's diaper. At 8 years old though, would think that she could be using those adult incontinance panties, in an extra small size. Then she could just change herself and not be embarrassed about anything.

There really is no variation between changing a baby diaper, and changing a kid's diaper, I don't think. As for embarassment, that, I fear, is inevitable. Leting a woman do it might decrease the level of embarasment, however.

Train her to do it herself, if she can. If not, undo the tabs, have her put a wash rag over her privates, remove the diaper, put on a fresh diaper, then she can remove the wash rag. Poop goes in the toilet.

I assume that you are the 15 year old brother stuck at home with her this summer.

Do you not know how to change a baby's diaper? It would be the same way. It sounds like you need a house nurse.

IT's the same way you change a babies diaper, be gentle and let her know that, although it is akward, it is something that must be done and that it shouldnt be an embarassing thing. She'll get it.. just be natural and don't act uptight or she will too.

Maybe you could use pull ups that have the velcro fasteners on the sides in case of a #2 accident. Then you could help her. If she is able to sit on the commode, you could undo diaper from sides and she could wipe and flush.
