When you are alone, try eating in front of a mirror and look at yourself the whole time. It's the only way for you to realize how often you are eating with your mouth open.

Eat slower and focus on each bite. Do this alone for a few meals so you don't have any distractions. The upside is that you'll eat less and loose weight if you keep it up.

dont fill your mouth too full and just shut it. keep your lips together and chew. i hate people eating with their mouth open, it really irritates me.
