For some reason, I don't think anyone on Yahoo! answers is blind and won't be answer this 100% accurately.

But dreams are composed of the sense you use. You hear people talk in your dreams, and all sorts of stuff, but you also see. If the brain never used the part of the brain to see, it will not dream with sight. It will dream with the sense it has always used - sound, taste, touch, and even sometimes smell.

In my personal experience with dreams. I've had dreams where I can hear myself talking and listening to others talk. Feeling comfort or discomfort. So as far as touch, sound, taste, smell are all possible for a blind person no pictures of any kind. The brain has never "pictured" anything.

I've heard that question addressed to a blind person and the answer is no. The have no concept of sight and their dreams are auditory.

blind persons use their other senses to see things. Touch is a big element for blind persons. That is how they "see " things. so they probably know what the thing they are dreaming about is by the way it felt to them or tasted or how it sounded.
