No that means he is an *** hole and does not care about you or your feelings. Start doing the same thing to him and you will see a big change. The old saying "don't know what you got till it's gone" He will soon know what he has for sure.
I really think he does it to make you jealous and upset. He is trying to tell you that see other women want me too. He wants his cake and to eat it too.

I'm kind of out of my line of expertise here, but boy, if someone really loves you, he isn't going to be interested in flirting with anyone. He would only have eyes for you. You don't want someone who will make you feel yucky. You need someone who will make you feel special and cared about. Why put yourself thru this, find somebody else!

No. He just has insecurities. He wants to find out if other women are attracted to him. This doesn't mean he has cheating on his mind. He has himself on his mind and he's curious to how desirable he is to woman. For him, it's just a fantasy kick.

he has cheated he will cheat and he's probably cheating now. but what matters to him is him. He's scoping for all the women that even look at him-in his mind they ALL want him. He probably tells outragous stories (Mostly lies) about all the women he's had and has right now.He will never acknowledge his lies, his cheating, its all inyour head , I could go on forever,He will destroy you-RUN as fast as you can

All i can say is keep your eyes wide open.And and act like it doesn't bother u,cause he is only hurting himself,all it is for is attention and to see if he can get your goat.Because he should be looking at u only,if he cares that much.

Hard to say.It depends on their personality. He might be trying to make you jealous or you could be taking it the wrong way. Or maybe he just really wants to grab your attention.
