have been doin a whole lot of workin out.. i have been usein the power rider in my basement 11 min. a day. an my belly is smaller and my but is toned.. but it was toned before and more of a bubble and now for some reason its going away!!! why??? and what do i do to keep lookin toned and a bubble shape??? withought havin a fat stomach.. like before...

I have to say, I'm not sure what you're talking about, the way this is written! If you're losing, it's because you're doing some cardio, which will burn away fat. If you want to keep "your bubble" go for some walks, do some lunges, you can find these online when you go to "toning the legs and butt" they will show pics to show you how to do them, as the alignment is really important and it's easy to do them wrong. There are many ways to tone, so look up some good sites, they're easy to find.
