You need a 1- work visa - employer will ask for
2 - ancestors that want you to move there
3- temporary work visa due to special talents, work talents & etc.
This is a very high tax country - kicks in after 180 days

Try google searching it. I am positive they would have a website for new immigrants looking towards Sweden as their choice. However, I do not know if it is also available in English. Should be.
