Yes. He was a Jewish carpenter who knew how to do magic tricks. There were those who were jealous of his fame so they reported that he was a witch to the Romans. Before he died he had a Last Supper which was also a Passover Seder. The Romans crucified him, a very common punishment in those times. He was removed from the cross and hidden until he could escape to France. His followers wanted to convert others so they used the Roman and Greek religions as a basis. They believed that gods could mate with human beings so the story about Jesus became a tale of how he was the son of God and a virgin. Surprisingly, it worked. If little children are taught this story from the time they are small, they will believe it all of their lives.

Jesus Christ is my Savior. The who who saved me by His Grace. He is the one that supplies my needs, and watches over me. Jesus is the one who died on the cross for my sins. He is the one who loves me, when no one else does. He is the one who forgives me of my sins, and answers my prayers. Jesus is the one who gave me everything. A Home waiting for me in Heaven, the day He saved my soul. He is the one I Love,and live for. I put my Faith, and Trust in Him.

God's holy son, who came down from Heaven and was born from the blessed mother. He came to save us all from being sent to Hell. We should feel happy that he made such a sacrifice for us "Sinners", but we might feel guilty for sinning in the first place and making him make such a sacrifice!
