krd12 and the rest of the clowns above me got it wrong...but then, what can I say?
Joseph was the son of Jacob.
He got tossed down a well by his brothers and left for dead, as they were jealous of him.
He was later rescued and went to Egypt where he eventually became a key figure in the Pharaohs government.
His interpretation of dreams saved the Egyptians from years of famine.
Shall I go on?
