Find a dental school or a hygiene school. Because they are students, they charge pennies on the dollar for dental work. And, they're just as good as an already graduated professional. A lot of times, because you're willing to volunteer, your services may be free. Just beware: It is more time consuming to have a student work on you than a dentist or a hygienist.

Try Apple Dental. I think they are Nationwide. They have payment plans. Just call some local Dentists and ask them. Good Luck!

Try calling your local dental schools, they need people to work on and it is usually free or low cost. Some dentists offer a discount plan or low cost insurance.

A dentist will perform the work, you will just have to pay for it yourself.
Good luck!
