If "spice" means any shade with red or of red, then you may have a hard time stripping it out enough to get true blonde highlights. Be very careful, or have a professional do it. : )

that sounds soooooooooooo cute and yes its safe to put streaks in, generally its safe after 2 weeks. if you wanna be sure call a salon and say you want streaks but dyed your hair 3 weeks ago and is it safe :)

Yes and Yes. Typically you just have to wait a week to add another color providing your hair is healthy. If not healthy, get it there first than add additional color. Be unique!
