Yes, pour some on your toothbrush and brush away. Be careful not to swallow. It tastes funny and you'll want to rinse your mouth several times after.

This will be a very slow process. Peroxide is only 1% where as the white strips and things like that are a higher percentage. However you might not be able to tell much ohers will notice when you gargle regularly with peroxide.

it won't work at all. pony up the $40 for the whitestrips if you're a cheapskate. if you want real results to be proud of that will last then go to the dentist and get trays made. it should run around $200 and you'll have the trays forever. all you'll have to do is get refills of the whitening solution. remember, white strips were made to fit everyone so really they fit no one.
