Of course not, it's nature!
Tests have shown that people unconsciously expect taller people to be more competent - so that's a bit a negative point on being short.
For girls, being short seems not to be such a great issue, compared to short men.

no i would way rather be short than tall any day! cause if your tall your allwase in the way and your allwase looking down and if your short and asking this dont worry cause u dont have to!
