A cool bath will help with the pain. I would use Aloe to help it heal faster. Be sure to buy pure aloevera though, without alcohol and perfumes etc. as they will sting. Vitamin C also aids in the healing of tissue. Calomine lotion will help with the itching when it gets to that stage. God Bless

Sunblock that works great is Coppertone Sport in SPF 45 or higher. I have it and it is totally awesome and I have never gotten burt with it on...i'm blonde and very pale skin.
Aloe gel is the best for sunburns. It helps relieve pain and helps heal w/o peeling.

Hi,
Try using papaya pulp on your skin. Drink lots of water and remember to wear a suntan lotion before stepping out of the house.
If you do not have papaya, use a mixture of yogurt, turmeric and gram flour as a face pack.

Pick up some Solarcaine. It's got aloe to soothe your skin, but it also contains a small amount of lidocaine which will numb your skin. Works like a champ!

Go buy some pure allow gel and smooth it on. Then take some Tylenol. You can get the aloe at Target and it is cheap.

The vinegar thing works, but it does not cure. Stay out of the sun, you will wind up like me when you get older (skin cancer). Not fun! Melanoma once....
