i know some people (without pets) are put off by people with pets.

Pets dont matter to me... I mean, I've dated a guy with a dog... and my boyfriend just loves my cat Smokie, so what does that tell ya?

I got pets so why wouldn't I date a guy with pets!! Actually a guy that owns a cat show he has a sensitive side!! I am not much for them being in the house!

Yes, Because I am dating the man not his animal and if I truly like him then I will like his animal. Animal are caring and loving and so that tells me a lot about the man. He has to be caring and loving. Don't worry about your pets find someone that you and your pets ( maybe they have pets too) can have fun with.

I think an outside pet is good like a dog. An aquarium with fish is very relaxing and I think also a good thing to have. I don't like to go to someone's house and their dog or cat is jumping all over the place or sniffing me... that is a turnoff.

Well I don't know for other people, but I would, because I don't find pets a problem so serious that affects me in dating with someone or not...

I love pets. As long as it doesnt bite me and is nice. My boyfriend loves my dog, and i love his cat. It could also depend on whether the date has been raised around animals or not. Or even if they are allergic to them. But i personally love animals. Just not bugs or spiders. I might be able to handle snakes. But thats pushin it.

Yes! i love pets of all kinds. I wouldn't want it any other way. Im not too much into fish but i really dig animals that are active such as dogs. Love them!!!

Pets shouldn't be an issue when you're considering dating someone. What should be important is the person, and what kind of person they are. If you start dating, and an issue develops, deal with it then.

why wouldnt u date someone if they had pets? i think that is the stupidist reason in the world! They obviously dont really like u a lot if they wont date u cuz u have pets, they should like u for who u are not what u have.(even if it means being poor)
