You've asked him out a gilllion times this year? I'm not sure how many a gilllion is, but it sounds like a lot. And he hasn't gone out with you? You don't know if he likes you back? Hmmm, how many times being turned down does it take before you get the idea that he doesn't like you that way? Face it, he just isn't into you.
What you should do is stop asking boys out. Find things to do that are useful and interesting and make yourself a more interesting and useful person. The right boy will then ask you out.

Let him go and if your friend can let her hurt him and then you move in slowly for the kill support him and let him know that you care about him hell fall for you.
