You can purchase Vitamin E in gel form and in a topical form. You can get Vitamin E just about anywhere now these days. (Walmart, K Mart, Target, any chain pharmacy, & GNC)
If you using Vitamin E for scars, use the topical form. It usually starts working in 2-3 weeks. It will only lessin the effects of scars but not remove them.

You can buy it as a cream as any pharmacy, but expect at least 6 mos of use before you notice any change to existing scars. I would also suggest Mederma which contains an onion extract which has been proven to lessen the appearance of scars.

Vitamin E is thought to increase an individual’s tolerance to UV rays when taken as a supplement in conjunction with vitamin C. Vitamin E has also been touted as a treatment to promote faster healing of flesh wounds. While its anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties may have some benefits in reducing swelling and relieving discomfort in a wound, some dermatologists dispute the claims of faster healing, and there are no large controlled studies to support this claim.

It usally comes in little gel capsules that you can pop with a pin and squeeze out. If you are using it for a scar, you want to start as soon as possible, and apply several times a day. If the scar is older, it may not help as much. God Bless

You can buy this roll-on oil for about $10, or you can buy little capstules. These are both avaliable at health food stores. I would reccommend using the cream/oil atleast twice a day, possible as many as four or five times a day to get the scars to fade. My mum is convinced hers started getting better in two days, but she tends to exadurate with reguard to her "miracle" health care wonders from the healthfood store.

you can find it in form of capsules, even higher doses than creams(400UI). Simply cut with a blade the soft gel capsules and massage the aria .it all depends how big is the aria, and how deep, red is the scar.but about in 3 weeks you will notice the difference.Good luck!
