Stomach growling with hunger or with gas ?
If due to too much gas, take CARBO VEG 30C thrice a day half hour before meals it will stop growling if due to some other reason please state your conditions in detail for a correct answer !

Don't know any good websites for stomach growling, but I do know about a refrigerator that might help. The stomach growls with all it's churning and you'll hear it much better if you are very hungry. Eat. The stomach also makes natural noises during digestion but you shouldn't be able to hear those very well unless you have a problem. And that's another whole question in and of itself.
