If you're only into the Bible that's okay, just only put quotes from that up, I don't mind which book they're from I just really need some comforting right now!

Sorry. There are no quotes that will make you feel better that come from anything other than the Bible. Through the Book of Mormon and D and C away!

If your heart has been broken, I don't think a quote from the bible will mend that. Time is the absolute healer. I am telling you this, because I've been there before, more than once. And over time, the pain will go away. Don't go rushing into another relationship, with the hope of forgetting the last jerk/b**** who hurt you. You will only find emptyness, in the end, because your reason is not the right reason. Maybe that is why the last ended, too.

Firstly the Book of Mormon and D&C are very dangerous. They are not God breathed unlike the Bible.

Now the Bible has plenty: 2 Peter 5:7 Cast your worrys on to Jesus because He cares for you. Jesus said, 'Take my yoke upon you, my yoke is easy and my burden is light.
Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding and he will make all your paths straight.
Psalm 37:4 Delight yourselve in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.
Isaiah 41:10 So do not fear for I am with you, do not be dismayed for I am you God. I will strengthen you and help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

These are just a few quotes for you. Sorry to hear that you are down. Please, please, please don't turn to the Mormons they are a cult and they won't do you any good. I know alot about them.
Keep your eyes on Jesus.
One more thing comes to mind. the story where Jesus walks on water. Peter also walks on the water. When he see's the wind, waves and the rain he doubts and starts to sink. What does he do? He shouts for Jesus to help him, then Jesus helps him up. Also note that they both 'WALK' back to the boat.
Call out to Jesus he will lead you back to safety.

Tonight I will pray for you

I have been there, and the one quote that made me stand up and keep on going was Isaiah 43:1-13. I woke up one night and cried a lot and ask God for something to make the pain and the feeling of being worthless go away. I prayed a lot and he gave me those verses from the book of Isaiah.
Especially verses 1 to 5 touched me, because I thought that my ex dumped me for an other woman, because I wasn't beautiful enough or woman enough. But in those words God told me that I am beautiful and woman enough for HIM. And He is the most important. He told me that I am all that and more to HIM and that he would offer others' life for me. And He can do that for you too. He even gave His Only Son for us. We are important and beautiful to HIM and that is the only thing that should matter.

I hope you'll find your way to God, cause it is only in Him that we will understand why things like this happen to us.
God Bless You.

We all pray for you, release the bitterness and trust in GOD.......

For a start - avoid the morman's.

Then be reassured that that Sacred Scripture lies in the Bible alone, as it alone is the Word of God! Also find a Christian Faith community that you can be part of - a church to join so that you can meet other like minded people. I'm sorry its not the best answer - but for the sake of what is right - keep away from the Mormans!!

Life gose on therefore, I_Am, wont you?

I am the salt of the earth.
Matthew 5:13
"You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness,how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything,except to be thrown out and trampled by men."

2 Corinthians 1:21-22 I have been established, anointed and sealed by God.
Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20 I have been bought with a price and I belong to God.
Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.

So do not fear, for I am with you;
do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. Isaiah 41:10

I can't think of any quotes right off of the top of my head but I served a mission for the LDS church, and I was dumped by my girlfriend, It was hard, but My companion always said, " Your girlfriend might not wait for you elder, but your wife will, meaning the one that you want is still out there. I understand that it is difficult, Keep your head up and disregard all of those negative things said about Mormons.

"Come to me all ye who are troubled, or heavily laden, and I will refresh you" (I am not a practising Christian, but remembered that one (might have mis-quoted slightly)

There are many comforting word in all religions. I think it is partlt because these words are often beautifully written and that in itself is soothing. Try reading The 23rd Psalm. (The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want......")

It is awful to be dumped and it hurts like hell. Good for you to think about what words of wisdom migt comfort you, instead of trying to drown your sorrows in alcohol or drugs.

You have a fighting spirit and I feel sure you will get through this and learn from it and find a much better relationship.

Give yourself time to recover and take as much support as you can from friends and family as well as words of comfort.

Wishing you good luck and happiness.
