No:

1. People have been profiting off of made up stories for a LONG time. Why do you suddenly think these are the last days the Bible is talking about? There have been made up stories and people profiting off of them for years and years.

2. Even if the Da Vinci Code was the first ficticious story ever written, it couldn't and wouldn't be because the Bible is also fiction!

To start with, you need to quote the verse. I don't believe the Bible says that people will profit from made up stories. Those stories you quote are fictional but the Bible does teach that the people that have trusted in what the Lord Jesus Christ did on the cross for the sins of the world. He died for your sins, He was buried and took your sins away and rose again the third day for your justification. The Lord Jesus Christ will return for the church and we will meet him in the air. It don't say that He will floating around on a cloud. 1 Thessalonians 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 1 Thessalonians 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

Telling people what they want to hear has always been profitable. The truth will always win out, particularly when He returns.

What are you getting from all this? What if your story is made up? What would happen to you?
