After I start my braces treatment, I found out I am pregnant. Although both my OBGY and orthodontist said it's ok and safe to have braces during prenancy. Now, after I got my braces ajusted yesterday, I feel so much pain in my mouth. I couldn't even eat or relax becuase of the pain. The bad part is I can not take any pain killer like before becuase of my prenancy. Any Ideas I can do to relieve some of my pain?

It is normal for your teeth to hurt for a day or two after having your braces adjusted. Remember, the braces are moving your teeth! It's going to hurt.
When I had braces, something that really helped me after an adjustment: baby food. Try getting baby bananas and peaches. You can eat them after your adjustments and not have to worry about chewing. Or, try milkshakes. They're cool, so they'll also help sooth you.

What hurts the most is when you first get the braces. Adjustments hurt too, but no more then 24hrs usually.

I totally understand that tooth pain can drive somebody completely crazy and make you want to bang your head on the wall, but it you really can't take painkillers you will just have to be patient. I would try to distract myself from the pain and avoid chewing on anything hard. It's a good time for icecream and smoothies :)

You could also call your doctor and ask what painkiller would be the best for you and the baby, and take one.
