It doenst really take a long time but u have to know urself and love urself before u can know that u love somebody else. u also have to realize the diff. in being just infatuated with the person. infatuation is for example when they say they love u and u feel like u owe them because they made feel a certain way when they said that to you .Love means u afre wiling to give them ur all and everything about them makes u want them (not just sexually)

If you have to ask this question then it is so obvious it's not love at all. When you love someone it's not something that you can put in words. Does this person go out of their way to make you just as happy as you try to make them or are you just so blinded by good sex that you are giving and not realizing you are not getting anything in return.

try him or her in bed and then u will now if he puts a bag over ur head and just wants sex then it infatuation but if u wake up and he is still there then its love
