Lately when I eat fruit I get a mild case of heartburn.

If the fruit is acidic, then you can get heartburn from it. I would suggest you have your doc look into this because it might be acid reflux which can cause scaring of the esophagus.

Yes, because I have those problems also. I was told by my doctor to not eat anything citrus because it has alot of acid in it.

did you watch the simpsons episode when the entire family became sick because they ate vegetables because their body couldn't handle a little insect feces
