Please get some advice from your vets surgery and at least borrow some books from the library. You have got a lot of work ahead of you and it would have been better to prepare before the pups were born.
You've still got housetraining a whole litter of pups to deal with.
Did you check to see if any of the pups have a cleft palate?
Do mum and the pups have a secure nest inside a pen? If not, how will you stop them messing on the carpets and chewing electric cables and other dangerous items?
Do you know which common household chemicals are toxic to dogs?
The pups can't go out on the street until they are fully vaccinated. Is their mum wormed and vaccinated? Ask your vet about worming pups, don't use stuff from the pet shop.
How will you deal with fleas?
You also need to keep an eye on mums health until you are sure she has recovered from the birth. If you notice she has a heavy, foul smelling discharge over the next few days, contact your vet immediately.
Please get expert advice as soon as you can. There is far too much to put in here, whole books are written about breeding.

First, it's ILLEGAL to not provide adequate medical care for your dogs. Adequate means that the dogs are seen by a vet anytime there is an obvious medical need which this obviously falls under. Now, to answer your question, you surrender mom and pups to the vet. They'll turn them over to a rescue group if there's any hope of saving them. If there isn't, they'll be humanely euthanized which is a far better alternative than you letting them suffer at your house until they die. There is NOTHING you can do at home to save these puppies. You should have done the responsible thing and had your dog fixed before she got pregnant. You should have paid enough attention to realize she was no longer pregnant and was now nursing. You should have gone and found the pups even if it meant following the mother around for hours or even days. Since you did none of that, at least try to make it up to them by being caring and responsible enough to give them a fighting chance, even if it means you no longer have your dog. And it'll keep you from getting a huge fine and possible jail time.

You will not need to take the puppies outside until they are 4-8 weeks old. As gross as it sounds, the momma dog will clean up any urine or feces the puppies produce. The puppies may start trying to eat food around 3-4 weeks. But they will still nurse on the mom until they are 6-8 weeks. The momma dog and the puppies will let you know when it's the right time to do something, just follow their lead. And it is best to feed the momma a high quality puppy food untill the pups can eat on their own.

Puppies will start to nibble on solid food about 3-4 weeks.
Feed the mom puppy chow and then they can nibble on it if they want and it will be good for them. Also when mom is nursing pups it takes a lot more food than normal to make all the milk so be sure she gets plenty of high quality food.
As for outside not for at least 4 weeks.

How can you possibly breed from your dog when you are so ignorant about puppy-rearing?

Your very basic questions, along with many more, should have been properly researched before you had your dog MATED not after she has given BIRTH!

Did you give some thought to your dog's age and fitness and the suitability of the male dog before you decided to go ahead? I very much doubt it!

No wonder dogs homes and dog pounds are full of unwanted dogs and puppies with breeders like you about.

PLEASE NOTE:

The only person who has answered so far who has given you sensible advice is Sarah C.

Do what she says and ignore all the others or you might end up losing your pups and their mother.

soak the dry kibble in boiling water and let it cool , make it like a paste at first and every day make it less pastey until you have them on almost dry kibble, i always add a little boiling water just to release the flavour . start them at 3 weeks old and have them weaned by 5 weeks. start by letting them lap some of a plate, its a messy job but great to watch and its like another little milestone. dont forget to give them water. and make sure the pups are warm and cant get to far from their mum or they will get cold . make sure mums boobs are big and fool or she might not have enough milk then you will have to bottle feed them, i ended up having to bottle feed 7 st bernards every two hours, it was tireing but amazing and they are all fit and well, if youve any problems email me, good luck. what breed are they and how many pups did she have?

Begin giving them a slurry of boiled water and high quality puppy kibble at 3 weeks. They will most likley play in it alot, but mom will wash them clean.
I feed them in a pie plate.
They will continue to nurse until they are 6-7 weeks old, but be sure to watch mom's tummy for sores, and keep the tips of the puppies' toenails clipped.
