pop it with a needle, it hurts but then its gone

It'll get re-absorbed - don't worry about it.
You COULD pop it - but they're there to protect against some sort of friction or trauma - maybe you ought to leave them so you have that buffer.

Burst them with a sterile needle, sterilise it under a flame

Don't pop them because if you do, they will most likely get infected. You really just have to wait it out, and deal with it.

hah take a safety pin or stick pin clean with alchol and just pop them o do it all the time it does not hurt either

run a needel under boiling water to sterilize it and then pop it. it will hurt for a second but will go away.xx

don't stick a needle in it.. you could get an infection... blood will dissipate on its own

put them in hot salted water that will burst them and no infection
