It'll get re-absorbed - don't worry about it.
You COULD pop it - but they're there to protect against some sort of friction or trauma - maybe you ought to leave them so you have that buffer.

Don't pop them because if you do, they will most likely get infected. You really just have to wait it out, and deal with it.

hah take a safety pin or stick pin clean with alchol and just pop them o do it all the time it does not hurt either

run a needel under boiling water to sterilize it and then pop it. it will hurt for a second but will go away.xx

don't stick a needle in it.. you could get an infection... blood will dissipate on its own
