I doub't you might find urea, which is a naturally occuring substance in the excretory system which processes water into urine. Without it, we would die a horrible death. Also, I doubt that ANY scientist could ever prove that a cigarette slices off 7 minutes of anyone's life. That's like talking to a crystal ball and calling it modern science. I also smoke 5 cigarettes per day, and I bike, jog, and lift weights. I've never felt better, actually.

If you are really smoking that little it should not be that hard to quit. I'd say that even with what you are smoking that is still 730 cigarettes a year, not including any extras you might smoke on a night out. Each time you smoke you are inhaling carcinogenic poisonous fumes, even this small amount will hurt you in the long run.

Dizzamn! You should really back off of the running and smoke more.

Case to consider - George Burns. Lived to almost 100 smoking 2 cigars a day.

Almost all of the studies that I have read are done on cigarette smoking, focus on half a pack and pack a day smokers. So really you should ask a doctor.

Of course it's bad for you. It shortens your life, not to mention the ammonia, urea, and other chemicals you're putting in your body. But is it as bad as smoking a pack a day or even a half of a pack? No!

But I would suggest that if you're only smoking 2 cigs a day, you probably aren't that addicted to it, and you might as well quit. It'll save you money at the very least.
