I don't think you can actually look up the statistics for that.
It depends on the guy and what he likes. As far as I've seen, not a lot of guys have their ears pierced at all anymore, and even fewer have both ears done.
From my experiences, when guys have both ears done, they usually have spacers, so the hole gets really big (something I think looks quite gross)

first, its stupid for a guy to get his ears pierced, it just looks retarded.
most guys that i see with there ears pierced have just one ear pierced.

Lots of people say both ears, gay, one ear, straight. But, it just depends on what you think.
