Yes, it could happen to me if I resisted what the officer asked me to do and if I took a swing at the officer. Instead of tazing the woman (who, by the way, was operating a vehicle with a suspended licesne) he could have used his baton, could have pulled her from the SUV, could have used pepper spray, or could have gotten into the SUV to handcuff her.
He made a good choice. Leave it to a pitiful liberal like you to have empathy with a woman who was pulled over for breaking the law, driving with a suspended license, and refusing to follow the orders of an officer instead of a well trained police officer who followed textbook procedure.
You are a disgrace.

No, not for minor reasons like arguing over a speeding ticket. If someone is refusing to put a knife or gun down though, then yes. There are stun guns and tasers that use a much weaker current that I think should be used instead of the 50,000 volt ones though.

Yes, police should use Taser guns, it saves lives most often than not. True there are cases where they've used them dubious circumstances, perhaps over-excited about having them, but most of the time, it prevents the officer from having to shoot a "real" gun.

No way, they electrecuted an elderly lady around here a while back, I think unless the person is heavily resisting arrest, opposing a strong threat to another human being or the officer they should use it, the intent to have them was to subdue people with out having to really injure or kill, I think some over use it for power.

Depends on the situation. Police should be able to use any means available if the situation calls for it. At the same time, they should be held responsible for excessive use of force.

Electrocution is execution by electricity. I don't think police should be allowed to kill anyone for speeding, unless they were going REALLY fast.

yes..dont break the law, and dont put yourself in situations that would get you tasered.
Im sick of Americans blaming everyone else for their bad behavior.
"I broke the law, and argued about it, why did the cop ______ "
is a bunch of crap. If you did speed, take your ticket like the rest of us and pay it.
