hiya...
the girl over the back of me has a staff,its very boistruous and constantly sticking its head under the fence barking and growling....well my son is 4 and was by the fence and she bit him the otjher day it wasnt serious but thats not the point !i have covered up the holes sooo many times and it eats its way through...i rent privatly ..have contacted the landlady to explain and she said there is nothing i can do...any suggestions as to how i can keep this dog away???????
i have told its owner and she isnt in the slightest bothered ....so its no use me goin back to her!!

There is that "spell check" button so you don't have to guess if you spelled it right.

Call the SPCA in your area and report the dog bite. Also make a police report. It sounds as if this animal got a good hold on your child it would cause serious damage. Make a fuss and keep calling people until someone listens.

If a dog bit your child, you should contact animal control ASAP. It's unclear if the bite was aggressive or just a very active dog trying to play, but the fact that it happened combined with your neighbor's lack of proper response tells me this needs to be addressed now.

Call animal control and report the dog bite. If the dog came into your yard to bite your son, they could get a fine. Also, even if your son was in their yard and they didn't have a "beware of dog" sign, they could still get in trouble.
