As long as you dont mind your coworker getting in your business, and everything, go for it, the workplace has become one of the most popular places to meet people.

Depends on what kind of relationship you're having. If you're in love with them, definately not. I mean it could cause problems down the line, but if there's genuine feelings there, i don't see why working together should stop you. If it's just pure animal attraction, then i'd say yes, definately a bad idea. Because the minute the relationship has run it's course, there's going to be reprecussions. People will talk, you'd havedifficulties working with that person. It's just a recipe for disaster.

while its not bad to date your co-workers, there is always some things youll have to get used to. First off seeing each other if you break it off and feeling uncomfortable. People talk about people in the office/workplace who are dating each other. So get used to it.
I'd try and date someone who you never really run into during the workday so youre not always off catching a smooch here and there.

Putting it mildly, yes! No, dog (blanks) where he eats!
1) Rumors
2) What kind of person are they
3) Dignity and respectability will be questions
4) People will look at you in a different light
5) Don't loose the job and need a reference
Then again it could work out.

It would depend on your motives. If the 2 of u were looking to build a meaningful relationship, these are often the best. If you are just messing around, I would SEVERLY advise against a relationship.

I wouldn't say it is good or bad. I would think that working together wouldn't give you and her enough time apart from each other. It is good to have space. It keeps the relationship fresh.

Yes just because if things do not work out you still have to work together and that could become hard.

Don't eat where you sh*t!
Unfortunately it always ends up bad if you guys don't work out... then you have to deal with her everyday. I had a guy go nuts and stalk me at work.. after dating him. I didn't get rid of him completely until he got laid off!

it's great! and if you both have to stay at the office late..it's kind of exciting, ahem, ahem. but you also see them ALL THE TIME which can be alittle much for a budding romance. also check to see if your company has any rules on this.
