I'd stick to the the syrups such as strawberry, ginger, or champaine cola syrups for Wray & Nephew overproof white rum. I'm not aware of any Pineapple syrups on the market. Try a puerto rican owned cornerstore, they may have it there. The reason I suggest the syrups is because the ethanol in the rum is so potent, that it would likely overpower a natural extraction of pinapples (as if you ran one through a juiceman machine). The syrups are so concentrated, it's the best way to mask the alcohol and give the rum it's deserved flavored enhancer. Good luck
