This question is too general. It depends upon the lady. Some look really good with short hair, some look better with long hair. Halle Berry looked better with her short hair, someone like say, Catherine Zeta Jones looks good with long.

To me there's no difference. It's all in how the woman presents herself. I for the most part like long hair, but there are some women with short hair that really turned me on.

A women really has to suit short hair!!! But long hair or shoulder length is the best. Looks so much more ladylike

Depends on the age of the female.
If she is too young, short hair is tomboyish not sexy
If she is to old, long hair looks rather spinsterish

all depends on the head/face shape
an ex used to shave her head down to the skin - and looked soooo hot!
