Regarding how it looks, mainly it depends on your style!
What is your style? What do you want to show/ prove?
DO you consider the bellybottom piercing as a replacement to something else?
Well, even if you ask me to color or shorten your hair, I would, if I may, advice you to do it because you want to discover more about yourself! You are strong! Definitely, you do not need different than you are to look attractive!

From a males perspective I think it is attractive, but even more attractive is a tatoo on the small of a womans back.
